Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BD WEB TEK SEO Copilot (the "Service"), operated by BD WEB TEK ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
BD WEB TEK SEO Copilot is a software-as-a-service tool that connects to your Google Search Console (and optionally Google Analytics) to provide SEO analytics, diagnostics, rank tracking, competitor gap analysis, and automated reports.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to authorize access to any Google properties you connect.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Free trial. New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends without an active subscription, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe; your data is retained.
- Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your invoices.
- Renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
- Price changes. We may change plan pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: reverse-engineering or disrupting it; attempting to access data that is not yours; exceeding or circumventing plan limits; or using the Service to violate any law or third-party rights, including Google's terms.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Google APIs and other third-party providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect the Service.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service and its software. You retain all rights in your own data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or business result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at BD WEB TEK's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
